Ok its day 25 in 2013 and you may be feeling like the baby making its first steps with regards to your New Year's resolution. You may have already fallen flat on your face but I have good news for you. Please don't stay there; pick yourself up, brush yourself off, smile and say to yourself "I can do this; I can accomplish my goal(s)".
It's re-evaluation time. Now make yourself a promise that you can keep. Set GOALS that are achievable and sustainable.

- Less aches and pains?
- Less sick days?
- More energy?
- Quality family time?
- Increase your wealth?
- Eat less processed Foods (read the labels; if the list is long and has ingredients ending in 'ites' or 'ates')
- Eat more fruits and vegetables (shop from the perimeter of the store)
- Eat less sugar (reduce or eliminate sodas, juices)
When your health is good it affects your wealth; lower health insurance cost and fewer doctor's visit. You decide!
